Lapointe has earned re-election in Hallowell
I have known George Lapointe for most of my life. His son Wesley was older than me when I was in elementry school, but [George] went out of his way to be nice to me and help me out, which meant a lot. Years later when I was doing my senior capstone on alewives, I asked George to be one of my mentors since he was commissioner of the Maine Department of Marine Resources and knew a lot about the subject. George is a great teacher, and he listens to young people and anyone who wants to be heard.
I recently finished college and am glad to be back living in Hallowell. George has done a great job as mayor, during a rough time including the pandemic. I know he will do a gret job if he gets another term.
Please re-elect George Lapointe for mayor.
