Plenty of reasons to give Lapointe another term

 

It's political yard sign season! Here in Hallowell, we can't remember a time when we've seen so many signs for a mayoral race.

Like an overwheming number of our friends and neighbors, we're proud to display a "Re-Elect George Lapointe, Mayor of Hallowell" sign in our yard.

​

Strong schools, a vibrant and affordable community, and healthy environment are our issues, along with the cornerstone of all Hallowell values: A welcoming city where diversity, equity, inclusion, and access for all aren’t just words, they’re action items. George is indeed a person of action; his remarkably successful first term addressing all these issue areas illustrates that point and we simply can’t imagine why in the world we would change course now.
